东芝曾经是“日本制造”的航母级标杆企业,走过141个春秋后,如今却深陷困境。自2015年7月以来,东芝正面临着一系列生死攸关的危机:垃圾级评级、巨额亏损、万人大裁员、断臂式抛售资产。本文基于对东芝所遭遇的危机事件的深入分析,探寻东芝在组织结构、监察机制和战略转型等方面存在的主要问题,并提出应对策略,以期对我国企业的经营决策有所启示与借鉴。
Toshiba used to be a “carrier-class” benchmark in “Made in Japan”. After 141 years of Spring and Autumn, it has been in deep trouble. Since July 2015, Toshiba is facing a series of crisis-related crises: junk rating, huge loss, layoffs of 10,000 people, arm-broken selling assets. Based on an in-depth analysis of Toshiba’s crisis events, this article explores the main problems in Toshiba’s organizational structure, monitoring mechanism and strategic transformation, and proposes countermeasures to enlighten and make reference to the business decisions of the Chinese enterprises.
