“The 9th National Youth World History Worker Representative Symposium ” was held in Manzhouli, China’s largest land port city from August 10 to 11, 2013. The meeting was sponsored by the World History Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and undertaken by the Russian Research Center of Manzhouli University, Inner Mongolia University.
