1987年1月17日在山东省济南市通过了“沂蒙山区首次恙虫病流行调查报告”此系山东省蒙阴县防疫站和我院五所协作进行的一项科研成果。恙虫病是恙虫病立克次体引起的一种自然疫源性疾病,流行甚广,横跨太平洋和印度洋,东南亚诸国均有该病流行。在我国,江南诸省也有该病流行,但江北还从未见报道。在七十年代和八十年代初,曾先后几次怀疑山东有恙虫病,但均未得到证实。1986年9～12月间山东省蒙阴县发现疑似恙虫病的病例,经临床诊断、流行病学分析、病原检查和血清学鉴定后,确诊为地恙虫病。此次恙虫病的调查对山东省及国防建设有着重要意义,对江北恙虫病的调查研究是一重要提示,将为今后立克次体疫源 January 17, 1987 in Jinan City, Shandong Province adopted the “Yimeng Mountain for the first time the scrub typhus epidemic report” This is the Mengyin County, Shandong Province epidemic prevention station and our hospital five in collaboration of a scientific research.
