目的:用LC/MS/MS和RP-HPLC法研究泻心汤煎煮产生的沉淀物。方法:利用LC-MS-MS法对泻心汤沉淀物进行了初步研究,又利用RP-HPLC法,测定了泻心汤沉淀物中小檗碱在小鼠体内的吸收。结果:发现其中含有小檗碱、巴马丁碱、黄连碱、药根碱,但在给小鼠灌服泻心汤沉淀物后24h内的几个时间段中,均未能从血浆中测到小檗碱。结论:泻心汤沉淀物进入体内后小檗碱并未进入血液,推测如果泻心汤沉淀物具有活性,估计也只可能在胃肠道起作用。
Objective: To study the sediment produced by boiling Xiexin Decoction by LC/MS/MS and RP-HPLC. METHODS: LC-MS-MS method was used to study the precipitate of Xiexin Decoction. RP-HPLC was used to determine the absorption of berberine in Xiexin Decoction. Results: It was found that berberine, palmitine, coptisine, and jatrorrhizine were found in the blood, but they could not be detected in plasma within 24 hours after the mice were fed Xixin Tang sediment. Berberine. Conclusion: Berberine does not enter the bloodstream after the precipitate of Xiexin Decoction enters the body. It is speculated that if the Xiexin Decoction is active, it is estimated that it can only act in the gastrointestinal tract.
