Since the use of adjuvant chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy or surgery to control local primary Ewing’s osteosarcoma, the patient’s prognosis has been significantly improved. It is generally believed that the primary site of Ewing’s osteosarcoma is an important factor affecting the prognosis of central cancers, especially the poor prognosis of pelvic lesions. In addition, the prognosis of Ewing’s osteosarcoma is also affected by tumor expansion. Centered and proximal limb damage usually presents as a subpopulation of larger tumors compared to distal limb damage. This study investigated the extent of the prognosis of patients with primary Ewing’s osteosarcoma affected by tumor volume.
