随着手机报、微信、微博、新闻客户端等新兴媒体的迅速崛起,给传统媒体带来不小的冲击,一个普遍的现象就是传统媒体亏损的局面日益严重,一些曾经辉煌一时的都市报纷纷选择和停刊和关门。而另一方面,新媒体虽然势头强劲,但依旧没有找到有效的盈利模式,能够实现盈利的新媒体少之又少。对于负责运营新旧媒体的媒体企业而言,在实现收入的同时,如何有效控制成本,同样极其重要。本文针对传媒企业普遍存在的难以盈利的现状,以内蒙古新牧歌传媒有限责任公司为例,从“公司现状”、“成本控制存在的瓶颈”、“成本控制应采取的措施”共三个方面进行了深入分析,提出了切实可行的对策,对内蒙古新牧歌传媒有限责任公司自身,或是传媒企业整个行业的发展具有可供借鉴的意义。
