以PVDF微孔滤膜为支撑膜,纳米SiO_2为无机添加材料,阿魏酸为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,制备含纳米SiO_2的阿魏酸分子印迹复合膜。采用红外光谱测试证明了纳米SiO_2是以纯物理状态存在于聚合物印迹层中,通过平板超滤装置对改性膜的分离性能、水通量、接触角和承压能力进行了研究,结果表明,膜对阿魏酸仍然具有较高的分离性能,水通量和承压能力也比阿魏酸分子印迹复合膜有所提高。
With PVDF microporous membrane as the supporting membrane, nano-SiO 2 as an inorganic additive material, ferulic acid as a template molecule, α-methacrylic acid as a functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a crosslinking agent, SiO 2 ferulic acid molecularly imprinted composite membrane. Infrared spectroscopy proved that the nano-SiO 2 was present in the polymer imprinted layer in purely physical state. The separation performance, water flux, contact angle and pressure-bearing capacity of the modified membrane were studied by the flat-plate ultrafiltration device. Membrane ferulic acid still has a higher separation performance, water flux and pressure capacity than ferulic acid molecular imprinting composite membrane has increased.
