1.故障现象锻造车间有一台并联型水冷式中频感应加热炉,型号为KGPS-2.5/250,频率为2.5kHz,功率为250kW。由于逆变部分有两只3CTK200型快速晶闸管损坏,故给予更换。但更换后,当功率升至100kW时,中频电源自动停机,不过无任何元器件损坏。
1. Fault phenomenon forging workshop has a parallel water-cooled induction heating furnace, model KGPS-2.5 / 250, the frequency of 2.5kHz, power of 250kW. Due to the inverter part has two 3CTK200 fast thyristor damage, it is given replacement. However, after the replacement, when the power rose to 100kW, IF power supply automatically shut down, but without any damage to components.
