目的:研究益气养阴中药治疗糖尿病的效果。方法:选取2013年4月至2015年5月我院接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者140例为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组70例。常规治疗基础上,对照组给予二甲双胍、格列吡嗪西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予益气养阴中药。比较两组临床疗效,两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1C)水平及治疗期间的不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗前两组FPG、2h PG、Hb A1C水平差异无统计学意义。治疗后,对照组和治疗组的FPG、2h PG、Hb A1C均比治疗前显著降低,治疗后治疗组FPG、2h PG、Hb A1C水平显著低于对照组,差异显著,具有统计学意义;两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义。结论:益气养阴中药治疗糖尿病效果良好,能够降低血糖、Hb A1C水平,且不良反应少。
Objective: To study the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Chinese medicine in treating diabetes. Methods: From April 2013 to May 2015, 140 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital were selected as research objects. All patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 70 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was treated with metformin and glipizide western medicine, and the treatment group was given Yiqi Yangyin Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups before and after treatment, fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2h PG), Hb A1C levels and adverse reactions during treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the levels of FPG, 2h PG and Hb A1C between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the FPG, 2h PG, Hb A1C of the control group and the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment, the levels of FPG, 2h PG, Hb A1C in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant; two The incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference. Conclusion: Yiqi Yangyin traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes is effective, can reduce blood glucose, Hb A1C levels, and less adverse reactions.
