不同时期旅游地的客源市场及产品组合均不相同,每个阶段都有自身的生命周期,本文以拓展的旅游地-旅游产品生命周期复合模型为评价方法,通过时间和空间两个尺度,从旅游产品生命周期、旅游产品组合生命周期到旅游地生命周期,分析引起旅游地生命周期变化的内在因素及其影响作用,进一步探讨旅游地生命周期的演进机制。选取具有代表性的休闲观光旅游胜地桂林市为实证研究对象,对桂林市旅游地-旅游产品生命周期进行评价,结论显示桂林市旅游地-旅游产品生命周期处于成熟向衰退转变的发展时期,扩大市场范围及延长旅游产品线有助于旅游业的可持续发展,进一步验证该模型的实用价值。
Tourist market and product mix in different periods are different, each stage has its own life cycle. In this paper, an extended tourist destination-tourism product life cycle composite model is used as evaluation method. Through the two dimensions of time and space, From the tourism product life cycle, the tourism product portfolio life cycle to the tourist life cycle, this paper analyzes the intrinsic factors that cause the change of the tourism life cycle and its impact, and further explores the evolution mechanism of the tourism life cycle. Select the representative leisure tourism destination Guilin as an empirical research object, evaluate the life cycle of tourist destination-tourism product in Guilin. The conclusion shows that the life cycle of tourist product-tourism product in Guilin is in a maturing-to-recession development period, expanding Market scope and extending the tourism product line will contribute to the sustainable development of tourism and further verify the practical value of the model.
