Yang Jian’s poetry is a poetry that is very suitable for translation in terms of visual imagery. In general, literal translation can also convey important parts of poetry. However, it is also important to have the translation fit into the poetic tradition of the target language, for the poetic is not objective in the end, but the reader’s reaction in his own literary tradition; therefore, the translation of poetry often requires the production of Poetic elements to supplement. Taking Fiona Sze-Lorrain’s translator Yang’s “Motherland” and “Yuejin Bridge” as examples, this article discusses the incorporation of elements that are not included in the translation into an attempt to increase the translation of the translation into the system.
