分析了农村学校管理中的“三度”管理方法,阐述了密度、精度、深度的主要内涵,最终希望通过分析研究,实现“三度”管理方法在农村学校管理中合理运用的目标。
This paper analyzes the “three degree” management methods in rural school management, expounds the main connotation of density, precision and depth. Finally, I hope that through the analysis and research, we can realize the rational use of “three degrees” management methods in rural school management aims.
