本文采用文献资料法、数理统计法、专家访谈法和测量法等方法,以吉林省内5所大学体育系健美操专业的大一学生为研究对象,分别对2003-2006四年的身体形态指标、身体机能指标、运动指标和身体成分指标进行统计、分析与比较,结合《学校体质健康标准(试行方案)》对所调查的学校学生的体质状况有一个全面的了解。找出健美操专项训练对学生体质状况的影响和变化趋势。同时分析差异产生的原因,提出合理化建议,切实为学生健康服务。
