对朝阳发电厂生活自备井及其所在地居民生活用井的水氟含量的监测结果表明,由于工业燃煤高氟污染地下水,可形成氟中毒发生的新类型氛中毒病区。高氟水源形成的特点:有明确的污染源;高氟井的分布与水氟含量随离污染源距离增加而减少;被污染水源井的分布与排污水流径一致,饮水高氟有一段积累过程。饮水污染型病区与相同水氟自然高氟区相比,人群尿氟排泄量与自然高氟病区相一致;氟斑牙、氟骨症患病率低;患病程度轻,骨X线改变轻,尿羟脯氨酸低,表明对人群危害程度较轻。
