近些年来,随着电子商务的不断发展,物流企业也取得了快速的发展。但是相对于快速发展的物流行业来说,专业人才的匮乏已经成为当前急需解决的问题。通常情况下,从事物流管理的专业人才在企业中从事的都是采购、运输、仓储等工作,或者是在相关的部门从事一些复合型和应用型的管理工作。因此要求毕业生具有比较扎实的基础理论知识和较强的专业知识,同时有较强的实践能力和创新意识。但是当前我国大部分高校依旧沿用的是传统的教学模式,使得学生所学知识和技能与企业的实际要求不符合。在这种情况下,学校和企业都在追寻一种新的课程体系,用以满足当前物流行业迅速发展对于人才的需求。文章对当前物流专业的实际情况进行分析,科学的构建出适当的专业课程体系,培养出具有创新能力和实践能力的高素质人才。
In recent years, with the continuous development of e-commerce, logistics companies have also made rapid development. However, relative to the rapid development of the logistics industry, the shortage of professionals has become an urgent problem to be solved. Usually, professionals engaged in logistics management are engaged in procurement, transportation, warehousing and other work in the enterprise, or in the relevant departments engaged in some complex and applied management. Therefore, graduates are required to have a relatively solid basic theoretical knowledge and strong professional knowledge, as well as strong practical ability and innovative awareness. However, most of the colleges and universities in our country are still using the traditional teaching mode, which makes the students’ knowledge and skills inconsistent with the actual requirements of enterprises. In this case, schools and enterprises are pursuing a new curriculum system to meet the current rapid development of the logistics industry for the demand for talent. The article analyzes the actual situation of the current logistics professional, scientifically builds a proper professional curriculum system, and cultivates high-quality talents with innovative ability and practical ability.
