目的了解妇幼保健医务人员手卫生执行情况及其影响因素,以加强手卫生管理。方法采用现场查看和考核的方法,对某妇幼保健院医务人员手卫生依从性进行了调查与分析。结果经观察不同岗位医务人员在372个手卫生指征条件下,手卫生总体执行率为36.29%,洗手方法正确率为29.03%。临床护士、医生和实习进修生手卫生执行率依次为41.27%、35.24%和24.00%。在接触体液之后和进行无菌操作之前等重要手卫生指征下,手卫生执行率分别为52.24%和23.86%。结论该医院妇幼保健医务人员手卫生依从性较低,需要加强培训和管理。
Objective To understand the implementation of hand hygiene and its influencing factors among maternal and child health staff in order to strengthen hand hygiene management. Methods The methods of on-site examination and assessment were used to investigate and analyze the hand hygiene compliance of medical workers in a maternal and child health care hospital. Results After observing 372 hand hygiene indications, the overall implementation rate of hand hygiene was 36.29% and the correct rate of hand washing was 29.03%. The implementation rate of hand hygiene of clinical nurses, doctors and trainees was 41.27%, 35.24% and 24.00% respectively. Hand hygiene implementation rates were 52.24% and 23.86%, respectively, on vital hand hygiene indications after exposure to bodily fluids and prior to aseptic procedures. Conclusions The hospital maternal and child health staff have low compliance with hand hygiene and need to strengthen training and management.
