目的探讨激光辅助孵化冷冻胚胎移植的效果。方法2003-12-2005-04解放军173医院应用1·48μm波长二极体激光对d3冻融胚胎透明带薄化处理(1/4透明带周长,深度为透明带厚度的60%~80%),比较激光孵化与未孵化组的临床妊娠率和着床率。结果激光孵化组60个周期共解冻307个胚胎,对照组60个周期共解冻316个胚胎,存活率分别为73·3%、72·5%,临床妊娠率分别为35·0%、18·3%,种植率19·3%、10·9%。激光孵化组临床妊娠率、种植率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0·05),两组均无单卵双胎发生。结论对冻融胚胎实施1/4透明带周长、深度为透明带厚度的60%~80%激光薄化是安全、有效的,激光辅助孵化可提高冻融胚胎移植周期妊娠率和种植率。
Objective To investigate the effect of laser assisted hatching frozen embryo transfer. Methods 2003-12-2005-04 People’s Liberation Army 173 Hospital application of 1.48μm wavelength diode laser d3 freeze-thawed embryo zona pellucida thinning (1/4 zona pellucida perimeter, the depth of the zona pellucida thickness of 60% ~ 80% ), The clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate of laser-hatched and unhatched group were compared. Results A total of 307 embryos were thawed in 60 cycles in the laser incubation group and 316 embryos were thawed in 60 cycles in the control group. The survival rates were 73.3% and 72.5%, respectively. The clinical pregnancy rates were 35.0% and 18.0% 3%, planting rate 19.3%, 10.9%. The clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate in the laser-hatching group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no monozygotic twins in both groups. Conclusions It is safe and effective to thin the frozen and thawed embryo with 1/4 zona pellucida perimeter and the depth of 60% ~ 80% of the zona pellucida thickness. Laser - assisted hatching can improve the pregnancy rate and implantation rate of frozen - thawed embryo.
