研究了哺乳动物细胞的光电行为.利用这种细胞的光电效应又研究了NaN3对细胞内电子传递和5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)对细胞代谢活动的影响.结果表明,该方法用于研究细胞内电子传递机制和药物对肿瘤细胞的作用既简单又切实可行.
The photoelectric behavior of mammalian cells was studied. The effect of NaN3 on intracellular electron transport and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) on cellular metabolic activity was also studied using the photoelectric effect of this cell. The results show that this method is simple and practical for studying the mechanism of intracellular electron transfer and the effect of drugs on tumor cells.
