基于用户使用工况的ZL50装载机传动比设计

为了优化装载机各挡传动比,提出基于使用工况的传动比重新设计.装载机在Ⅱ、Ⅲ挡工作时,通过试验得到前、后桥左右半轴转矩曲线和转向泵、变速泵、工作泵压力曲线.基于分布概率计算出Ⅱ、Ⅲ挡时总转矩概率平均值,根据发动机和液力变矩器共同工作时的输入、输出特性,找出输出特性最低油耗点及其对应的输出转矩.保持Ⅰ、Ⅳ挡传动比不变,按照Ⅱ、Ⅲ挡总转矩概率平均值与最低油耗点对应的转矩相匹配的原则,计算出Ⅱ、Ⅲ挡传动比分别为2.433和1.264.经仿真计算,装载机在循环工况下,按新传动比工作的耗油量为13.85 L/h,比原来降低了1.33 L/h.新设计的传动比提高了装载机的燃油经济性.
