目的为了解天津市艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体筛查实验室检测的总体情况,探讨目前影响实验室工作的相关因素和存在的问题,加强规范管理,提高检测水平,保证检测结果准确有效。方法考评方式为盲样检测、问卷调查和现场抽查相结合进行。结果参加室间质评的实验室逐年增多,以医疗和妇幼机构增幅最大。盲样检测定性结果判断正确逐年提高,近年未出现漏检的情况,每年均有超过80%的单位对阳性质控标本SI≤2,说明总体上各级实验室检测能力逐步提高,并保持在较高的水平。结论全市艾滋病检测筛查实验室总体上检测质量较好,室内质控和生物安全仍然是薄弱环节。
Objective To understand the general situation of testing HIV antibody screening laboratories in Tianjin, to explore the related factors and existing problems that affect laboratory work nowadays, to strengthen the standard management, improve the testing level and ensure the accurate and effective testing results. Conclusion The HIV testing and screening laboratories in the city generally have good testing quality, and indoor quality control and biosafety are still the weak links.
