Chen Feng, male, born in June 1965, Pubei County, Guangxi. He graduated from the Political Department of Guangxi Normal University in July 1987 and went to the Politics and Laws Department of Capital Normal University in Beijing in September 1998 to pursue a master’s degree in law.
