本文介绍了使用通用计算机外部控制 PE Lambda-9分光光度计,设计完成了数据处理工作站,利用此工作站形成了一套半绝缘砷化镓中EL2浓度微区分布的自动测量系统。
This article describes the use of a universal computer external control PE Lambda-9 spectrophotometer. The data processing workstation was designed and completed. The workstation was used to form an automatic measurement system for the distribution of EL2 concentrations in semi-insulating gallium arsenide.
