介绍了铝基复合材料制备设备——机械超声搅拌炉的设计过程及思路。针对搅拌炉的炉体和搅拌器等装置进行了设计,并结合实际,着重对炉体的构造和复合材料制备相关联的问题进行了设计和说明。结果表明,此设备具有炉盖,保温、加热效果好,具有炉体升降功能,采用液压系统升降,确保设备安全平稳的运行,可以解决单一的机械或超声搅拌设备在生产过程中的不足,为制备高性能、均匀致密的复合材料提供技术支持。
