审判执行是人民法院的中心工作,代表和委员就此积极建言献策,提出了不少卓有见地的建议和提案。如对化解“执行难”这一十年沉疴,黄学军代表和刘红宇委员都提出了自己的建议。黄学军:广东省佛山市中级人民法院副院长、党组成员、审判委员会委员,第十一届全国人大代表,曾获得“2005中国法官十杰”、“全国模范法官”、“2006中国十大法治人物”等荣誉称号。
The execution of the trial is the center work of the people’s court. Representatives and members have actively offered suggestions and made many suggestions and proposals.
