陕西黑米原产陕西洋县一带,栽培历史悠久。据古农书记载,此米具有“开胃益中,滑涩补精”和“补肺、缓筋”之功能,历史上曾作为贡品进献皇室。由于此种水稻植株高大,叶片宽披,不耐肥,易倒伏,不抗稻瘟病,产量低,一般亩产只有300~400斤,故长期以来在我省陕南稻区只有零星种植。解放后,我省的水稻研究工作者对黑米农家品种(属籼型粘稻)进行了许多研究和改良。从中选育出了一些矮秆糯性品种,这种矮黑糯植株较矮,耐肥,抗倒,亩产可达700斤左右。长期以来,洋县稻区农民对黑米的利用价值传说甚多:有的说它能治多种人体疾
Shaanxi black rice native Shaanxi Yangxian area, cultivation has a long history.
