受潮汕文化影响,潮汕企业存在一定程度的家族色彩。文章基于霍夫斯泰德的文化维度理论,对潮汕企业管理中存在的问题进行探讨,并就其可持续发展提出一些对策。
Affected by Chaoshan culture, Chaoshan enterprises have a certain degree of family color. Based on Hofstede’s theory of cultural dimensions, the article discusses the problems existing in the management of Chaoshan enterprises and puts forward some countermeasures for their sustainable development.
