本文介绍了多连杆悬架的基础知识,并对其自由度进行计算。根据ISM方法,对多连杆悬架设计问题做初步探讨,并建立了一个多层次评价设计体系。同时结合一种四连杆悬架机构,运用ADAMS软件对车辆前后悬机构进行虚拟样机建模,并采用INSIGHT对悬架机构优化设计,进行运动学分析。
This article introduces the basics of multi-link suspension and calculates its degree of freedom. According to the ISM method, the design of the multi-link suspension system is discussed preliminarily, and a multi-level evaluation system is established. At the same time, a four-link suspension mechanism is combined with the ADAMS software to simulate the virtual prototype of the vehicle front and rear suspension mechanism. INSIGHT is used to optimize the suspension mechanism design for kinematic analysis.
