本刊 2002年 4月曾刊登一则求助信息,介绍某公司的一台小型起重机,由于其上所用的摆线针轮减速机上轴承发生损坏,故而将减速机拆开,更换了新轴承。减速机中有两个摆线齿轮,上下叠放在一起,然后与滚针相啮合。由于操作人员的疏忽,拆前没有注意其相对位置,后又没有发现有任何标记,因而重新装复时遇到困难,希望得到帮助。在该期杂志发行后,我们即接到中铁建厂工程局北京公司梁静地高工的热情回复,梁工撰文对摆线针轮减速机的原理、结构、特点、使用及装配等作了详细介绍。我们将该文刊登如下,希望其他读者也能从中受益。
