薪酬管控是集团化企业人力资源管理的重要内容,它是人力资源管理的延伸和细化。人力资源作为集团公司的关键资源,在不同行业和不同组织中,集团公司应赋予人员何种权利,平衡各子分公司人员之间的薪酬,对于人数不断增多、产业涉及繁杂的集团公司来说,人力资源管控能力被要求。越来越高得有效人力资源管控能够提升组织协同作用,加强内部人员流动性,而薪酬管控是人力资源管控中的最重要手段。本文基于这一研究背景,以LY集团为具体的研究案例,对集团公司薪酬管理控制中存在的问题进行了研究分析,如管理控制模式单一,有效的监督手段,工作流程冗余、各板块之间相对公平缺失等。
