在集装箱港区等局部物流网络中,相对于运输时间,货物装卸时间严重降低普通载货集卡的利用率。在集装化优势下,通过甩挂分离牵引车和集装箱挂车,提出在集装箱集散环境下空重箱循环甩挂的调度问题和两阶段优化方法。首先,引入虚拟任务建立集散任务的时间优先关系网络;然后,在总作业时间最小化的目标下,建立空重箱循环甩挂的混合整数规划模型。通过算例分析说明方法的有效性,演示线路作业任务序列分配,对运输里程增量和牵引车利用率等方面进行分析,为局部物流网络的甩挂运输调度提供参考。
In the port logistics and other local logistics network, relative to the transport time, loading and unloading of goods seriously reduce the general cargo collection card utilization. Under the advantage of containerization, the paper puts forward the scheduling problem and the two-stage optimization method of empty hanging boxes in the environment of container collection and distribution by separating the tractor from the container trailer. First of all, a virtual task is introduced to establish a time-priority network of distributed tasks. Then, under the goal of minimizing the total operating time, a mixed integer programming model with empty and heavy boxes is proposed. The effectiveness of the method is illustrated through example analysis. The assignment of line job task sequence is demonstrated, and the analysis is made on the aspects of mileage increment and tractor utilization rate, which provides a reference for the drop transport scheduling of the local logistics network.
