对轴承钢GCr15在球化退火过程中各工艺参数对组织演变规律的影响进行了系统的试验研究。分析工艺参数对球化退火组织演变规律的影响,以制定一种合理的球化退火工艺,使其球化退火级别达到国标规定的2~4级,提升产品档次。
A systematic experimental study on the influence of process parameters on microstructure and evolution of bearing steel GCr15 during ball annealing was carried out. The influence of process parameters on the evolution of the microstructure of the spheroidizing annealing was analyzed to develop a reasonable spheroidizing annealing process to make the spheroidizing annealing level reach Grade 2 to Grade 4 stipulated by the national standard so as to enhance the product grade.
