通过人工引入扁藻和小球藻于锯缘青蟹幼体育苗环境中,定期测定水体中主要的水质因子和幼体成活数量,研究微藻生态调控对育苗水环境及幼体成活率的影响。结果表明,引入扁藻和小球藻能改善养殖水体的水质并有效提高锯缘青蟹幼体成活率。
The effects of microalgae ecological regulation on the water environment of nursery and the survival rate of larvae were studied by artificially introducing Platymonas subcordiformis and Chlorella sp. Into the environment of juvenile P. malarii nursery environment. The main water quality factors and the number of larvae were determined periodically. The results showed that introduction of P. alginate and C. algae could improve the water quality of breeding water and increase the survival rate of A. cynostella.
