探讨了中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的方法及近远期疗效。西药治疗组４０例，中药组４０例，中西 医结合组１２０例。结果表明：中西医结合治疗组的治愈率明显高于西药组和中药组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。近期疗效（２年内） 百药组和中西医结合组基本相同，中药组较差。中期疗效（２～５年内）中西医结合组最高，中药组次之，西药组最低。 远期疗效（５年以上）中药组和中西医结合组基本一致，而西药组明显下降。
To explore the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of hyperthyroidism approach and short-term efficacy. Western medicine treatment group of 40 cases, 40 cases of traditional Chinese medicine group, 120 cases of Integrative Medicine group. The results showed that the cure rate of Integrative Medicine group was significantly higher than Western medicine group and Chinese medicine group (P <0.01). Short-term efficacy (within 2 years) Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine combination group is basically the same, Chinese medicine group is poor. Mid-term efficacy (2 to 5 years) Integrative Medicine group highest, followed by the Chinese medicine group, Western medicine group lowest. Long-term efficacy (more than 5 years) Chinese medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group is basically the same, but Western medicine group decreased significantly.
