混合茶及抹茶系列新式茶饮产品设计与制作
摘要:随着购买能力的增强,消费者对新式茶饮的需求逐渐向高颜值、健康化、时尚化转变,新式茶饮中的混合茶及抹茶系列产品逐渐在市场上流行。文章阐述了混合茶及抹茶产品的概念、原料选配及产品设计理念,以柠檬咖啡茶、巧克力奶盖茶、蜂蜜氮气茶、抹茶拿铁为例,介绍了混合茶及抹茶系列新式茶饮产品的制作方法。

Abstract: This is a relatively affluent society. In addition to quality assurance, consumers will choose more beautiful,
healthier and fashionable products. Basically, many products in the Novel-tea beverage meet these needs, such as
diversified tea beverage and Matcha. This article introduced the concept, material selection and design philosophy of
diversified tea beverage and Matcha. Moreover, this article made a case study of Lemon coffee tea, Honey N2 tea,
Matcha Latte to introduce the production process of diversified tea beverage and Matcha.

新式茶飲是在传统茶叶冲泡基础上进行产品改良与创新的现制茶饮,近年来因品质特征和表现形式的创新,感官体验的丰富多彩,受到消费者,特别是年轻消费群体的青睐。
