目的证实麦穗鱼体内存在一个胞囊内有2个以上不同成熟度华支睾吸虫囊蚴的个体(简称“胞囊蚴”)。方法计算机检索中文期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、重庆维普数据库和中国优秀博士学位论文数据库,手工检索《中国人体寄生虫病文献提要》,同时检索纳入文献的参考文献。用麦穗鱼和其他鱼类华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染资料,分析麦穗鱼对华支睾吸虫感染的亲和力与适应性;现场调查和从疫区采集麦穗鱼隔离饲养,观察胞囊蚴感染状况。直接压片镜下摄制胞囊蚴照片。用含有胞囊蚴的鱼肉感染粪检阴性的猫,30d后解剖收集成虫。结果纳入分析的54篇文献,麦穗鱼感染率高于其他鱼类的有50篇,占92.59%,同一水域麦穗鱼、其他鱼类囊蚴平均感染率分别为48.15%、13.52%(P<0.001),现患OR和OR95%C.I.分别为5.94和5.66~6.23;囊蚴每尾最高为166个~17042个。现场调查、隔离饲养麦穗鱼胞囊蚴感染率分别为43.70%(274/627)、28.03%(44/157)。感染3只猫获虫率为27.16%(110/405)。结论有5项证据证实麦穗鱼体内,有一个胞囊内存在2个以上不同成熟度华支睾吸虫囊蚴的胞囊蚴感染。
Objective To confirm the existence of an individual in the fish with 2 or more cysts of mature clonorchiasis (“Cysticercus”). Methods The Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Chongqing VIP Database and Chinese excellent Ph.D. dissertation database were searched by computer. The “Chinese Journal of Human Parasitic Diseases Literature” was searched by hand, and the references of the included articles were retrieved. Conclusion There are five evidences to prove that there are two or more metacercariae infection of metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis in a cyst with one or more cysts.
