研究了防锈液中各成分的作用机理和最佳配方，适用于大型钢结构的涂装前处理。并对转化膜的性能，如与漆层的结合力，各种腐蚀条件下的防护性能，转化膜的拉伸性能等进行了测试。
The action mechanism and the best formula of each component in antirust liquid are studied, which is suitable for pretreatment of large steel structure. The properties of the conversion coating, such as the bonding strength with paint, the protective performance under various corrosion conditions and the tensile properties of the conversion coating were tested.
