目的通过本次食物中毒调查,分析和探索乡村食物中毒的防控措施,避免类似事件的再次发生。方法采取现场流行病学调查、卫生学调查和实验室微生物检测等。结果结合中毒症状、流行病学调查和实验室检测结果,判定本次食物中毒是由致病性大肠埃希菌引起,血清型O127a:K63(B8)。结论高度重视食品卫生安全,强化农村宴席管理,建立和完善食品安全管理长效机制,是控制食源性疾病,特别是食物中毒事件发生的有效策略。
Objective Through this food poisoning investigation, analysis and exploration of prevention and control measures of rural food poisoning, to avoid the recurrence of similar incidents. Methods Epidemiological survey, hygienic investigation and laboratory microbiological tests were conducted. Results Combined with the symptoms of poisoning, epidemiological investigation and laboratory test results, it was determined that the food poisoning was caused by pathogenic Escherichia coli. Serotype O127a: K63 (B8). Conclusion Paying great attention to food hygiene and safety, strengthening banquet management in rural areas and establishing and perfecting the long-term mechanism of food safety management are effective strategies to control food-borne diseases, especially food poisoning incidents.
