我们对106例大中小学生(正视眼48人,近视眼58人)。血清、头发中铜、锰、铁、锌、硒的含量进行检测。结果中小学生近视与锌含量低有关。现报告如下:检测对象与方法一、对象:选择身体健康,无其他眼病,同在一所学校学习,生活、环境条件基本相同的男女大中小学生为对象。年龄:大学生17~22岁,平均19岁;中学生13~15岁,平均13岁;小学生10~13岁,平均12岁。二、方法:远视力检查,正视眼≥1.0,近视眼0.8~0.1之间,经散瞳验光-1.00~8.00D 之间,平均-3.00D。按大中小学各分为正视眼组,近视眼组。取其血和头发进行检测。抽静脉血1~2ml,分离血清置冰箱保存,测定前,取血清0.5~1.0ml,加入1%HNO_3约1ml,再
