心理契约违背已在企业管理界被用来解释对员工怠工、离职现象的分析。论文在阐述心理契约违背内涵的基础上,分析了辅警心理契约违背之现状和辅警心理契约违背形成机理,构建了辅警心理契约违背形成的过程模型,提出了辅警心理契约违背的防范措施,即通过相应的法律来规范辅警管理、采用柔性化、发展型和关系型的心理契约来进行辅警管理。
