采用乙醇加热回流法提取了云南建水县麻疯树Jatropha curcas不同部位(叶、树皮及种子)中的挥发性成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对其提取物化学成分进行了解析,分离鉴定了各组成及相对含量。从麻疯树叶、树皮、种子挥发性物质中分别分离出45,58,35个色谱峰,并分别鉴定出32,33,23种化合物,各占挥发性成分的84.26%,81.14%,68.61%。化合物类型包括醛、酮、酯、萜类化合物、甾醇类、脂肪酸、烷烃、烯烃、芳香族化合物等。麻疯树叶、树皮及种子的化合物组成和相对含量差异较大。在麻疯树叶、树皮及种子的提取物中发现了多种具有开发价值的三萜类、植物甾醇类物质及一种用途广泛的平台化合物5-羟甲基康醛。
The volatile components in different parts of Jatropha curcas (leaves, barks and seeds) of Jatropha curcas in Jianshui County, Yunnan were extracted by ethanol refluxing. The chemical constituents of the extracts were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) The components were analyzed, the composition and relative content were isolated and identified. 45, 58, 35 chromatographic peaks were isolated from the leaves, bark and seeds of Jatropha curcas, and 32, 33 and 23 compounds were identified respectively, accounting for 84.26%, 81.14% and 68.61 of the volatile components %. The types of compounds include aldehydes, ketones, esters, terpenoids, sterols, fatty acids, alkanes, alkenes, aromatics and the like. The compositions and relative contents of the compounds of Jatropha curcas, bark and seeds differed greatly. A variety of valuable triterpenoids, phytosterols and a versatile platform for 5-hydroxymethyl-Ketone are found in the leaves, bark and seed extracts of Jatropha.
