本文采用分析法剖析和比较用于余热回收的两种气——气换热器(列管式和热管式)的热力性能.分析法是热力学第一、第二定律相结合的方法,它既考虑了能的“数量”,又考虑了能的“质量”,是一种科学、严谨的评价方法.本文通过分析,确定出换热器中的不可逆因素及大小,对换热器的不完善性给予正确评价,找出改进依据,分析结果表明,在气—气余热回收中热管换热器有明显的优越性,在节能技术中有广阔的前景.
In this paper, the analytical method is used to analyze and compare the thermal performance of two gas-gas heat exchangers (tube type and heat tube type) for waste heat recovery.Analysis method is a combination of the first and second laws of thermodynamics, It not only considers the “quantity” of energy, but also considers the “quality” of energy, which is a scientific and rigorous evaluation method.This paper determines the irreversible factors and the size of the heat exchanger by the analysis, The imperfectness is given a correct evaluation, to find out the basis for improvement, the results show that the heat exchanger in the gas-gas waste heat recovery has obvious advantages, there are broad prospects for energy-saving technologies.
