正确评价一个制粉企业的投入产出比例及生产效率,是制粉行业管理中的重要内容。出粉率是制粉行业的一个最重要、最基本的生产技术经济指标。它是面粉厂开展班组核算与竞赛,横向交流及生产挖潜的最常用、最直观的工具。随着等级粉路的发展,过去那种生产单一品种的粉路已被能同时生产多种面粉的等级粉路所替代,这就给出粉率的计算带来了新的困难。 例如,某企业面粉车间甲班共加工净麦100吨,生产出特一粉10吨,特二粉55吨,标准粉16吨。根据市场需要乙班加工净麦100吨,生产出特二粉65吨,标准粉14吨。同样丙班加工净麦100吨,生产出特一粉48吨,标准粉25吨。
