目的探讨腹腔镜手术在急性盆腔炎诊断和治疗中的临床应用效果。方法 80例急性盆腔炎患者,采用随机对照法将患者分为对照组和实验组,各40例。对照组采用抗生素治疗,实验组采用腹腔镜手术诊治。比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组满意率为95.0%,显著高于对照组的65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状好转时间、白细胞下降时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组平均住院时间(7.82±1.79)d、病后恢复工作时间为(16.87±3.22)d,显著低于对照组的(18.92±6.77)、(22.18±8.76)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组3例出现并发症,并发症发生率为7.5%,对照组7例出现并发症,并发症发生率为17.5%,实验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性盆腔炎患者诊治结合腹腔镜手术效果理想,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods Eighty patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with antibiotics, and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. Compare the treatment effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 95.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group (65.0% Statistical significance (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in symptom improvement time and leukopenia time between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05). The average length of stay in the experimental group was (7.82 ± 1.79) d and the recovery time was (16.87 ± 3.22) days, (18.92 ± 6.77) and (22.18 ± 8.76) d respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In the experimental group, complications occurred in 3 cases and the complication rate was 7.5%. Complications occurred in 7 cases in the control group and complication rate was 17.5%. The complication rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis and treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease combined with laparoscopic surgery is effective and worthy of clinical application.
