采用作业场所职业卫生学调查、实验室检测及临床资料动态分析相结合的方法,对一起防水涂料作业人员中毒事故开展调查,并分析其原因。结果显示,本起事故为聚氨酯配合使用高毒有机溶剂为主所致的急性职业中毒。建筑业聚氨酯防水涂料中毒形势严峻,应加大监督管理力度,避免类似事件发生。
Using occupational hygiene research at the workplace, laboratory testing and dynamic analysis of clinical data, a survey was conducted on a poisoning accident among waterproof coating workers and the reasons were analyzed. The results show that the accident was caused by polyurethane with the use of highly toxic organic solvents mainly due to acute occupational poisoning. Construction Polyurethane waterproof coating poisoning situation is grim, should increase supervision and management efforts to avoid similar incidents.
