在荷载作用下,水泥混凝土桥梁铺装层与主梁间的粘结性、传力通畅程度直接影响到梁构件的受力性能和使用效果。遵循抗弯刚度与挠度比相似原则设计了空心板梁受弯试验缩尺模型,设计了由加载系统及数据采集系统构建的静载实验方案,分别对有铺装层及无铺装层的空心板梁构件进行逐级加载,并结合试验结果对两试验构件正截面应力、斜截面主应力、裂缝情况进行对比分析,探求铺装层在实桥中的受力特性,以期找出解决桥面水泥混凝土铺装层破坏的真正原因和解决方法。结果表明:水泥混凝土铺装层可提高梁体的承载力,但后浇铺装层与主梁粘结力不满满足二者整体受力的要求。
