提出一种由新型预应力空心板和后浇边缘构件组成的新型装配式楼盖。对试件模型进行单向反复加载试验,分析其平面内受力性能,并计算出楼盖的平面内刚度。由此讨论新型装配式楼盖是否具有替代整体现浇楼盖或带有现浇面层的普通装配式楼盖的可行性。结果表明,新型装配式楼盖的平面内受力性能良好,计算得出的平面内刚度比一般装配式楼盖的平面内刚度大6倍左右,新型装配式楼盖具有更大的平面内刚度和良好的结构整体性,新型装配式楼盖具有替代整体现浇楼盖或带有现浇面层的普通装配式楼盖的可行性。
A new type of assembled floor is proposed, which consists of a new type of prestressed hollow slab and a rear pouring edge. One-way repeated loading test was carried out on the specimen model to analyze its in-plane force performance and calculate the in-plane stiffness of the floor cover. It is thus possible to discuss the feasibility of a new type of fabricated floor as an alternative to an integral cast-in-place floor or an ordinary assembled floor with a cast-in-place finish. The results show that the in-plane force performance of the new type of fabricated floor is good, the calculated in-plane stiffness is about 6 times greater than the in-plane stiffness of the general assembled floor, and the new type of assembled floor has greater in-plane stiffness And good structural integrity, the new modular floor has the potential to replace an integral cast-in-place floor or a conventional, fabricated floor with a cast-in-place finish.
