目的:了解杭州地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)各基因型感染的分布情况,为杭州地区HPV分子流行病学研究提供依据。方法:采用导流杂交技术,可同时检测21种HPV:其中15种高危型HPV,6种低危型HPV。结果:706例女性标本共检出阳性196例(27.8%),其中高危型HPV152例(21.5%,152/706,含多重感染),单一HPV亚型感染141例(20.0%,141/706),多重感染55例(7.8%,55/706);共检出20种亚型HPV,其中高危型HPV16种,低危型5种,HPV16、52、58、33、18、66、31、53是最常见的高危型。结论:开展各型HPV检测对于HPV感染的诊断、治疗及宫颈癌的早期干预和预防具有重要意义。
Objective: To understand the distribution of HPV genotypes in Hangzhou area, and to provide the basis for the study of HPV molecular epidemiology in Hangzhou area. Methods: Flow-mediated hybridization was used to detect 21 kinds of HPVs simultaneously: 15 high-risk HPVs and 6 low-risk HPVs. Results: A total of 196 cases (27.8%) were detected in 706 female specimens, including 152 cases of high risk HPV (21.5%, 152/706, multiple infection) and 141 (20.0%, 141/706) , 55 cases were multiple infection (7.8%, 55/706). Totally 20 subtypes of HPV were detected, of which 16 were high-risk HPV, 5 were low-risk HPV16,52,58,33,18,66,31,53 Is the most common high-risk type. Conclusion: To carry out various types of HPV testing for HPV infection diagnosis, treatment and cervical cancer early intervention and prevention of great significance.
