背景 当前,我国邮政正在进行着有史以来最深刻的改革。胡仲元认为,邮政作为一个十分特殊的、以实物传递为特征的通信业,虽然具有电信业、物流业的某些特征,但本质上分属不同的行业,不能混为一谈。尤其是由于国情不同,各国对邮政采取的改革措施多种多样,不能简单照抄照搬。与德国、瑞典相比,中国邮政已属于“过度放开”。十多年来,进入邮政专营领域的非邮政快递公司号称lO万,可谓世界之最。在邮政市场开放上,我们一定要慎之又慎。不能被相关利益方“忽悠”而冒然决策。
