站在我们面前的每个孩子都像一把锁,要想开锁就应该研究他们的心理与个性特征。不能只看外表,还要深入了解他们的家庭背景、学习、生活情况。深入掌握存在的问题,并善于抓住教育契机,因势利导,利用集体的效应和贴近生活的事例,来触动孩子,感染孩子,才能达到预期的目的。本学期,班里新转来了一个很内向,又任性的孩子,叫小志。他个子瘦小,上课不爱发言,做作业拖拖拉拉,学习成绩相当不理想。
