针对新时期区域科技创新活动的信息需求特点,对区域科技信息服务平台框架结构和服务模式进行思考和研究,有利于指导和评价我国科技信息服务平台的建设与运行。首先,在总结我国当前区域科技类信息服务平台发展现状与不足的基础上,总结出区域内主要科技创新活动,梳理出各类科技创新活动中的具体信息需求。其次,围绕主要信息需求,提出区域科技创新信息服务平台框架结构和主要服务内容。最后,针对区域科技创新活动信息需求在规模、层次、领域以及阶段等方面的不同,提出基础性信息服务、个性化信息服务、一站式信息服务和嵌入式信息服务相结合的立体式信息服务模式。 According to the characteristics of information needs of the regional science and technology innovation activities in the new era, thinking and researching on the framework structure and service mode of the regional science and technology information service platform will help to guide and evaluate the construction and operation of China’s science and technology information service platform. First of all, on the basis of summarizing the current situation and shortages of science and technology information service platform in our country, this paper summarizes the major scientific and technological innovation activities in the region and sort out the specific information needs in various scientific and technological innovation activities. Secondly, based on the main information needs, this paper proposes the framework of the regional science and technology innovation information service platform and the main service contents. Finally, according to the difference of scale, level, field and phase of the information needs of regional science and technology innovation activities, this paper proposes three-dimensional information services combining basic information service, personalized information service, one-stop information service and embedded information service mode.
